In Sianne Ngai’s book “Our Aesthetic Categories: Zany, Cute, Interesting”, she presents the notion of “cuteness” as one of “mute poetics” were language detaches from experience and propels a “devarbalizing effect”, an aesthetic experience as an act of submission, as an access to the enchantment of form and material.

This project seeks out a vocabulary of forms and materials that unravel living spaces embedded with color, texture and ornament, and immersive experience with an aesthetic of cuteness.

The design process is implemented in a recursive feedback between analog mediums and digital ones to seek out  potentiality of color becoming form and material.
