U.S. 101 Capping Project

RNT Architects has collaborated with the City of Ventura and the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) on the U.S. 101 Capping Project. This initiative aims to explore the feasibility of re-establishing the connection between Ventura city and the Pacific Ocean coastline. RNT is at the forefront, offering Outreach and Urban Design services for the conceptual plan. The project involves working closely with Caltrans, Union Pacific Railroad, the City, and local community members to develop a practical and financially sustainable plan for Downtown Ventura and the broader SCAG area. My contribution includes diagramming and architectural visualizations.
